In this segment we explore the nature of nothingness in mysticism so that we can remain detached and yet present.  An example of experiencing nothing is that of not judging the outcome of an event.  For example, if you witness an unfortunate event, shifting into a curious state will keep you less attached.  A curious state may look like a question you ask yourself such as ‘I wonder why this individual made that choice..’ while maintaining a neutral emotional state.
