In this segment Shamir discusses how naysayer thoughts provide strong clues towards identifying limiting beliefs. He takes participants through a process to uncover limiting beliefs and then identify new beliefs to replace the limiting ones over time.
Part 3: Reprogramming Limiting Beliefs at the Cellular Level
In this part 3 of 4, Shamir shows participants how to transform limiting beliefs and embed the essence of a replacement belief within the body’s energy field or DNA. A guided practice meditation is provided to support the process.
Part 4: How to Aim Big and Stop Playing Small
In this final installment of a four-part series, Shamir takes the participants through a process of levelling up their chosen desires, wants and needs. He explains how we tend to limit our goals based on what others suggest we ought to do rather than dive deep within. He guides participants through a surrendering guided meditation that will signal the Universe to begin to create synchronicities to support the participants’ deepest desires.
