In this three-part series, Shamir takes participants through an experiential journey culminating in ability to embody joy regardless of what's happening on the outside. He shows how to use an external stimulus to kickstart our joy and guides viewers through guided practices. By practicing the exercises shown, participants will be able to ignite joy on demand. The benefits of experiencing joy include improved health and wellbeing, enhanced cognitive functioning, better sleep in addition to the obvious benefit of a happier existence.
