Energetic Protection for Empaths

Shamir recently discovered he is a highly sensitive empath. As a child, he learned to shut down when he experienced rejection and abandonment in order to protect himself from emotional trauma. Unfortunately, this approach also inhibits deepening relationships with others; feeling of rejection and abandonment is part of the process involved in building relationships.
