In this segment we discuss how to discern between living your authentic life and that you were led to believe.   For example, ask yourself what would happen if you stopped a particular activity or routine.  If your immediate response is 'my parents would disapprove' or 'others will form an opinion of me' - then you are living their version of your life.  When you actually feel deeply about what you are doing in life , then you will have reached your goal of living your authentic life.
